Our remodel presented some unique and difficult design considerations as we needed to work within the confines of a challenging pre-existing layout. Joe worked with us to develop an innovative plan that met both our aesthetic requirements and our organizational objectives, and was within our budgetary constraints. The result was more beautiful and practical than we had thought possible.
All of our questions and concerns were promptly addressed via timely emails, and every contact we had was both professional and pleasant. We expect to enjoy our new kitchen for many, many years to come. However, if the time ever comes to redo our redo, we would definitely go back to Joe and Elegant Kitchens.
With this being the first time we had ever gutted a kitchen; we weren’t sure what to expect. Our contractor recommended Elegant Kitchens of Randolph having had positive experiences with them before. Joe C came to our house, listened to our ideas, added his own thoughts, and took some measurements. Within a week we were emailed a complete set of plans. He totally understood what we were looking to do and did a great job getting back to us on a timely basis with changes that were exactly what we wanted.
We couldn’t be any happier with the results! We truly love this kitchen! Throughout the process we kept thinking…”shouldn’t this be harder??” It just ran so smoothly and Joe was always available if we had any questions. It was obvious that he cared about what he was designing for us. Thank you, Joe.
I went everywhere to design my kitchen. Each cabinet showroom had so-called “designers” who wanted to sell me the kitchen of THEIR dreams – and not mine. Other places didn’t listen and just used car-salesman type pressure to try to make the sale.
Elegant Kitchens, Joe Santo in particular, listened to me, designed what I was asking for and was a joy to work with. Price was great but the service was fantastic – no designer attitudes but a gorgeous end-product that was exactly what I was looking for.
I would most certainly recommend them to anyone looking for a new kitchen design, and if I ever have the need again, I will go back!
It seems that a kitchen remodel is something most people experience at least once in their lifetime. The stories told regarding their personal kitchen remodeling project often rank high among the other horror stories that people accumulate though out their years. My wife and I are pleased to report that our experience with Elegant Kitchens in Randolph, New Jersey was an ‘absolutely fabulous experience’. When was the last time you heard that about a kitchen remodeling project?
Elegant Kitchens and Joe Caggiano were absolutely terrific to deal with and helped us to select each piece toward building our “dream kitchen”. Joe worked with us closely from choosing the cabinet manufacturer to selecting wood finishes, all the way to choosing the hardware (knobs and pulls). There was a lot to think about and there were literally thousands of decisions to be made for our new kitchen. Joe patiently guided us through the entire process from start to finish.
Joe was extremely helpful and equally knowledgeable throughout the planning and design phases. He was wonderfully flexible even when we made an “on the fly” change to the original design. His years of experience in kitchen remodeling were critical to ensuring a smooth installation and a timely completion date. Joe’s confidence and re-assurance were welcomed and comforting during construction. He was at our home frequently, working closely with our contractor, insuring all was going as planned.
Sure, a kitchen remodel is disruptive to a normal home routine. Demolition and construction is noisy and dusty. But I tell you, every time I stop and look at the final kitchen product, I am still blown away by the dramatic presence our new kitchen puts forth. Our new kitchen is worth every ounce of thought and sweat and absolutely worth every precious penny we invested in the project. We are so excited with our new, beautiful kitchen! The quality is superb as well!
So it goes without saying, if you are thinking that a kitchen remodel is in your future, your first step is to visit Joe at Elegant Kitchens in Randolph. You will be so happy that you did. As you can tell we are ecstatic about experience and proud owners of a kitchen ” to die for”. Kitchen remodels obviously do not have to be horror stories. Our kitchen remodel story is a dream come true!
Our contractor referred us to Joe Santo at Elegant Kitchens for the cabinets for our kitchen / mudroom remodel. At the time, we had no idea that Joe would be guiding us through the entire process. After our first meeting with Joe, we knew he was the right fit for this project.
He took the time to gain an understanding of our style and vision for the remodel. With this information, he was able to put together a detailed design. This wasn’t a cookie cutter design that you would get from a big box store. The design was complete, well thought out and tailored based off our original discussion.
After reviewing the initial design and listening to our feedback, Joe was able to suggest changes that made us feel comfortable moving forward with the large project. From this point, Joe continued to guide us throughout the project. He directed us to top-notch businesses for our appliances, granite and kitchen fixtures. We never had to relay information between suppliers and Joe.
He always spoke directly to the various entities (our contractor, appliance store, granite supplier, tile store) to ensure everything was handled properly. Throughout the project, Joe was always available when we called and was quick to respond when we emailed. Whenever we had any questions regarding the remodel, including items beyond his responsibility (from paint colors to flooring to sinks), he was able to give suggestions and reasoning behind his choices. On the day we were going to finalize the granite selections, Joe stopped by the store before we did to suggest a different color for the island that would be a better compliment to the countertop. We felt Joe was right and went with his selection.
After it was installed, we were happy we did, as it looks amazing and rich. Joe was there throughout every step of the project, stopping in when the granite was being installed and inspecting all of the cabinets after they were installed. He was able to design our dream kitchen and make this complex project go as smooth as anyone could ask for.
We are writing to simply say “thank you” for helping us design a beautiful kitchen! From start to finish you were there holding our hands and guiding us through the decision-making process. You eagerly met with us weekly (sometimes twice a week!) and answered every email, text and phone call we sent your way (even the late-night ones)!
Our kitchen looks amazing thanks to your expertise, attention to detail and willingness to make numerous revisions. It was a pleasure working with you on this project. It’s obvious that you love what you do. We will gladly refer you to our friends and family in need of cabinetry and design assistance!
